Archana, the founder of The Last 2 Reps, approached Varta Creative Studio with a vision to transform the brand of her nutrition and fitness coaching programs program. She wanted a look that mirrored her kindred and bold personality, with a welcoming, inclusive vibe that would resonate with a broad and diverse audience. To achieve this, we rebranded The Last 2 Reps in a way that felt energising and accessible, using a bold, neon colour scheme and neutral tones to create a memorable yet versatile brand identity.

The Challenge

Archana's previous branding needed to fully capture her dynamic spirit or the inclusive community she fostered through her coaching. Many fitness brands lean heavily on extremes, either using muted, clinical tones that feel inaccessible to new clients or overly intense imagery that can feel intimidating. Archana's program needed to stand apart as an inviting, approachable, and vibrant space for individuals at all stages of their fitness journeys. The challenge was to design a brand bold enough to convey her enthusiasm and expertise while remaining open and inclusive for all.

The Solution

We crafted a brand identity and website that balanced Archana's energetic personality with welcoming neutrality, creating a space that encourages participation and growth. Using a bold neon colour palette paired with neutral tones was a deliberate choice to bring a sense of vitality without overwhelming it.

The brand's visuals, messaging, and web design now reflect an inviting and motivating environment, appealing to clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels. This rebranding has strengthened The Last 2 Reps' visual appeal and effectively communicated Archana's dedication to providing a warm, spirited, and empowering coaching experience for a wider audience.
