After the consultation, where we'll find out exactly what you're after and your vision, we'll create a bespoke proposal for you that will guide you through our potential collaboration. If we (and you!) feel like we'd be the right fit for your business, we will send you everything you need to book your start date with us.

A typical brand design project lasts anything between 6-8 weeks. We like to take our time to intentionally craft your brand. Following this, if you've got us on board to build your website, the process continues across a further 4-6 weeks.

Our slots tend to get booked up two months in advance. So if you're keen to launch your business sooner rather than later, please fill out the client application form as soon as possible to get the ball rolling. We're currently booking slots from January 2025 to April 2025.

Yes! By default, all our projects are billed as per our standard payment plan which includes a 25% non-refundable deposit which is taken prior to the start of a project and is also required to book the tentative start date highlighted in your proposal. The balance is then paid in equal instalments spread across the duration of the project (typically 6-16 weeks).

Communication is KEY for this process. To help us, we will grant you access to your very own client portal prior to your project start date. This portal highlights all your important documentation including the contract and all your invoices (along with the payment plan schedule). Every stage of the project including feedback rounds are accounted for by date on this portal for you to get a good bird's eye view of the entire project.
